Morning Meditation

One thing I’ve been aware of for some time is that how I greet the day has a bearing on how my day unfolds. And, I’ve received a huge benefit from mindfulness.

Most days I take time to connect with myself, scan my body to release tension and express gratitude for all that is and my part in it.

I also listen to guided meditations and have found them enormously helpful so I decided to record a morning meditation to share with you.

You can find it here. It is not public and only those with the link can view it. It’s around 8 minutes long and it’s my version of some meditations that I have found useful.

I’m concentrating on being present, moment by moment and recognising when I am operating on auto-pilot. I’m enjoying getting into conscious awareness.
