This week

Arrogance and humility

Plus…

Maria’s Midweek Mindfulness

and

The Wednesday Whisper

Humble yourself, or life will humble you.

Part of being humble is the realisation that we don’t have all the answers.

Being humble means knowing when to ask for help, when to accept the wisdom of others and when to collaborate.

Being humble is a willingness to learn from anyone by setting aside any judgment of the person in front of you.

Arrogance is the belief that I know better.

Arrogance is the belief that I have something that can trump what others bring to the table.

Arrogance is the belief that I don’t need feedback and support.

Maria’s Mindfulness Moment

In the times when I forget humbleness and my ego takes over, I remember how much I have learned from the people I serve and how the exchange is reciprocal.

The Wednesday Whisper

Who is humble, and who is arrogant in your life? How do you respond?
